Gil Hodges Field

Located adjacent to Lafayette Park and included in the Heartland Historic Baseball Trail, this baseball field was named for Princeton native and former Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman, Gil Hodges. Hodges also was the 1969 World Series-winning manager of the New York Miracle Mets.  In 2022, Hodges was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
